1. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of the Spoofly Pro subscription from Spoofly. They complement our Terms of Service.
2. Pro subscription & pricing
The Pro plan is offered as a recurring subscription, billed €19.99 per month or €169.99 per year (taxes included where applicable). Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may change for future billing periods, with notice.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
4. Activation
Pro is activated on your account immediately after a successful payment. The desktop application unlocks Pro features automatically when you sign in.
5. Renewal & cancellation
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal linked in your profile. After cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of the current paid period, after which your account reverts to the free plan. You keep any files you have already exported.
6. Right of withdrawal & refunds
Spoofly Pro is digital content and a digital service that is supplied and activated immediately after purchase.
In accordance with applicable consumer law — in particular Article L.221-28, 1° and 13° of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive — by subscribing you expressly request that the service begin immediately and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as Pro is activated on your account.
As a result, subscription payments are non-refundable, including during the 14 days following purchase and including any unused portion of a billing period after cancellation. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals (see section 5); cancellation prevents further charges but does not give rise to a refund of the current period.
This does not affect any mandatory legal rights you may have where the service is defective or materially not as described. For any question, contact [email protected].
7. Failure to pay
If a renewal payment fails, Pro access may be suspended until payment is resolved. Stripe may retry the payment according to its standard process.

9. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the applicable law of Spoofly’s place of registration, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
